Remuneration and other compensation paid to nine Directors totaled ¥152,170,000, including ¥10,800,000 paid to three external Directors, and to five Corporate Auditors totaled ¥40,644,000, including ¥19,200,000 paid to three external Auditors. Individual amount is not disclosed.

Our remuneration and compensation policy is to determine the amount of base compensation and performance-based bonus based respectively on each individual's achievement of responsibility and contribution to performance of the Company, in accordance with standards stated for each position.
